Cardionet Monitor Phone Number

My device was faulty; it shorted out after wearing it for not even a half day!  I did not even wear it for 24 hrs.  Taking the tape off with the device, nearly ripped my skin.  It has been months dealing with Cardionet charging me for this!  Now they send me to collections!!!  I was told, "they are working out the bugs in equipment"!  Do not agree to this product; I am getting a lawyer!

This is a very shady company!  I seldom review a company but feel compelled to do so here to help other.  Somehow this company received my heart event monitor order and shipped it to me when the order was sent to another company.  They all sound the same and I had no idea, however this was 250$ vs 16 at the other company.  When I found out I questioned them and they said I was on the hook and have to pay.  An to top it off if I cancel I won't get the critical heart event that was just posted!  I pressed hard are you sure you want to hold my health report hostage and the backed down.  They escalated this 2 times, never called back and never did anything.  They short ship you supplies and then tell you you have to pay extra for more batteries and stickers.  They when I talked to a supervisor she said the extra supplies are free.  Most folks like me were in a position of wanting to destress, identify the root cause and resolve heart issues.  This company will certainly add extra stress and contribute to blood pressure spikes.  I hope that this helps others!

App To Monitor Phone Calls

So my doctor wanted me to wear the cardio net heart monitor for 3 days. After receiving the device and following the instructions I attached the device as indicated and thought all was well. Three hours later I received a recorded message phone call telling me my device was not activated. I called them and they said they did not have a baseline which per the instructions I had sent 3 hrs prior. I asked them why they did not get it the first time and was told that they (Biotel) are operating on a 2g network and that my area did not have a strong enough signal for 2g -REALLY-2G? I was then told to take the device and put it on the back of my cell phone to transmit the baseline, ok, I did that it made the transmitting noise and the operator at cardionet said they received it and all was good and I would not have to do anything else but wear it for the 3 days. Ok , so what happens?  The very next day I got another recorded phone call saying my device was not activated AGAIN, this time I asked them if they had the previous baseline I had submitted through my cell phone, and this time the operator said yes we have it all is good. SO yesterday was my final day of wearing the monitor, I called them to see if I needed to transmit anything, and guess what? They tell me they didn't have any data because my device was never activated with a baseline, by this time I am over it..I did everything that was expected of me, but cardionet has such poor values and customer service, I am done. The device is being sent back today, they lied to me twice about the activation and baseline. I cannot believe these people, never again!
